Our son Tim came to visit for a few days and brought his squash racquet with him so inevitably we ended up on the squash court in Torpoint. I had a moment of hope when we arrived, only to find the courts locked up as there had been a break in overnight.

After a cofee in a cafe watching Royal Navy frigtes in Devonport we were able to get onto the court. Great fun and Marion can now put the insurance policies back in the drawer as I did survive without the coronary the family had expected.
Only a little regret that I was not in Wednesdays senior staff meeting.

John, I am sure that Senior Staff ran well without you!!! Hahaha.
I hope that retirement is everything that you hoped for. LHS is not quite the same without you (please tell Marion to come back. All is forgiven. We need her!)
Will talk again soon

Tim looks more exhausted than you after the squash dad - all that sea air must be doing you good! - Love the hair cut mum, very chic
